What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition. To start a return, contact us at our contact page and we'll take care of you.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please reach out to us within 72 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1-24 hours of being placed. After that, your order may already be on its way. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help!
Are your products safe for kids?
